<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>zuberietung</strong> Bratapfel-Zimt-Schnecken</h3>



<p>1 Mehl in eine Schüssel geben, eine Mulde formen, Hefe hineinbröckeln. Mit 40 ml Milch verrühren. Mit Mehl vom Rand bestäuben. Zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Vorteig mit Mehl, übriger lauwarmer Milch (210 ml), Zucker, Salz, Eiern und Butter verkneten. Teig zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.</p>



<p>2 Äpfel schälen, vierteln, Kerngehäuse entfernen. Fruchtfleisch klein würfeln. Mit Zitronensaft mischen. Vanilleschote längs aufschneiden, Mark herausschaben. Zucker und Butter in einem Topf schmelzen, Gewürze und Vanillemark zugeben. Äpfel samt Saft zugeben und kurz andünsten bzw. braten. Gehackte Mandeln unterheben. Teig auf bemehlter Fläche etwa 5 mm dick ausrollen (ca. 40 x 50 cm). Mit der Apfelmasse bestreichen, dabei einen Rand frei lassen. Teig von der langen Seite her einrollen, in ca. 12 Scheiben schneiden, auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Schnecken 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.</p>



<p>3 Ofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft: 160 Grad) heizen. Schnecken im Ofen ca. 20 Minuten backen, herausnehmen. Marmelade mit 3 EL Wasser verrühren, erwärmen. Schnecken damit bepinseln, trocknen lassen.</p>

Äpfel samt Saft zugeben und kurz andünsten bzw. braten. Gehackte Mandeln unterheben. Teig auf bemehlter Fläche etwa 5 mm dick ausrollen (ca. 40 x 50 cm). Mit der Apfelmasse bestreichen, dabei einen Rand frei lassen. Teig von der langen Seite her einrollen, in ca. 12 Scheiben schneiden, auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen.
